The TDSP Delivery Charge includes both monthly fees and usage-based fees, which are passed on to you directly by your local TDSP without any markup. These charges are meant to cover the cost of maintaining the wires that bring electricity to your home and distributing the electricity itself. The amount you pay for TDSP Delivery charges may vary depending on your usage and any changes made by your local utility company. However, all TDSP Delivery charges are consolidated into a single line item labeled as "Total [TDSP Name] Charges" on page 1 and "TDU Delivery Charges" on page 3 of your bill. If you live in Houston, for example, these charges will be labeled as "Total Centerpoint Energy Charges" on page 1 of your bill.
